XDEEP HYDROS Wing

A classic-inspired wing updated with modern engineering for improved stability, valve access, streamlining and hose routing. The HYDROS preserves the traditional silhouette while refining every element to deliver precise trim and reduced drag.

Design and performance

• Stable trim: The wing's center of buoyancy is matched to the center of gravity of a twinset, providing a stable, flat trim regardless of cylinder pressure or wing inflation.
• Improved valve access: Reduced bladder volume at the top of the wing eliminates the common dead zone and prevents the top section from inflating and blocking valve access.
• Streamlined profile: Smaller contour lowers entanglement risk and drag while maintaining lift by removing the central dead zone found in many classic designs.
• Surface behaviour: The HYDROS is designed to remain predominantly submerged at the surface, giving more usable buoyancy and avoiding a face-forward pitch common to some classic wings.

Options and compatibility

• Available in two sizes: HYDROS 40 — 18 kg (40 lbs) lift, and HYDROS 50 — 22 kg (50 lbs) lift.
• Choose from three inflator hose length options to position buoyancy controls comfortably to hand.
• Compatible with standard harness and backplate set-ups; can be ordered as a complete, pre-configured set.
