ZEOS 38 Wing

XDEEP ZEOS is a double-shell wing-style buoyancy system with European design and manufacture, engineered for balanced trim, comfort, and reliable performance in a wide range of diving conditions.

Performance and trim
The ZEOS is balanced so the centre of gravity of the cylinder gas and the centre of buoyancy of the wing are closely matched, promoting a flat, stable trim. Improved trim reduces effort while finning and can improve gas consumption. The wing is designed to keep most of its buoyancy below the surface so the diver's head and shoulders stay clear while waiting at the surface.

Comfort and materials
The backplate uses a 3D mesh with a microfiber structure that conforms to the body, limiting movement of equipment and maintaining consistent buoyancy characteristics at depth. The harness is fully adjustable and fitted with ITW Nexus polyacetal buckles for durability in salt water and extreme temperatures.

Weight system and pockets

• Modular, two-part weight pockets allow secure placement of weights and can be operated while wearing thick gloves.
• Pockets lock with robust ITW Nexus buckles to prevent accidental loss; pockets are removable for deliberate removal of weights.
• Design helps reduce lead exposure to the environment by covering weights when installed.

Options and customization

• Two wing lift options: ZEOS 28 (13 kg lift) and ZEOS 38 (17 kg lift).
• Choice of inflator hose lengths: 14", 16", or 19" to position controls comfortably.
• Choice of backplate material: steel (better weight distribution for cold water) or aluminium (lighter for travel and warm water).
• Multiple colour options: Blue, Camo, Light Grey, Black, Lime, Red, Sea, White, Yellow, Dark Grey.
